“A lot of organisations have been thinking about sustainability in terms of their impact on the planet; far fewer have been thinking about the dependencies. Businesses that want to be resilient and want to survive into the future need to figure out what the critical factors that they depend on are, and then need to think about how they can take more control over those factors.”

Paul Holland, Grant Thornton
