Senior Public Affairs Expert Claire Dilé Joins FTI Consulting

Brussels, 2 March 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Claire Dilé as a Managing Director in the firm’s Strategic Communications segment.

Ms. Dilé’s background combines experience advising on European digital technology policy and legislative frameworks with expertise leading strategic communications that bridge the intersection of European Union (“EU”) policymaking and corporate business objectives. In her role at FTI Consulting, she will advise telecoms, media and technology (“TMT”) clients in Brussels on a range of EU regulatory and policy issues, developing corporate communications and government affairs strategies that inform policy, manage risks and help organisations navigate the evolving legislative agenda.

“Claire’s been on both sides of the table, shaping policy in the European Parliament and applying that knowledge in-house at two major technology companies,” said Hans Hack, Head of the Strategic Communication segment in Brussels at FTI Consulting. “Her public and private sector TMT experience deepens our bench of policy experts, and her time in France makes her a major asset for our pan-European work. Working with Emmanouil Patavos, who leads our TMT team and other colleagues, Claire will help us deliver the commercial and policy advice that clients need as Europe’s digital landscape evolves.”

Ms. Dilé has led Europe-wide public affairs strategy focused on technology, online safety, privacy, innovation, EU digital regulations and AI governance. She has also developed and steered advocacy work with a range of stakeholders, including government officials, regulators, lawmakers and civil society. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Dilé served as Global Government Affairs Europe Director at xAI, where she was based in Paris. Before that she was a digital, trade and foreign affairs policy advisor to the French Delegation of Renew Europe in the European Parliament and formerly worked in the EU Affairs team in Brussels at Meta.

Commenting on her appointment, Ms. Dilé said, “Joining FTI Consulting’s public affairs team is an exciting next step after working in government and the private sector. I have spent my career advising on some of the most pressing technology policy issues of our time, and I look forward to bringing that experience to the consulting sector to help clients respond to changing regulations and new compliance obligations.”
