FTI Consulting Appoints Public and Regulatory Affairs Expert Ali Hajjar as a Managing Director in France
Paris, 6 October 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Ali Hajjar as a Managing Director within the Strategic Communications segment in France.
Mr. Hajjar, who is based in Paris, has advised executive teams and board members on strategic and operational issues related to regulatory and political developments in the gas and electricity supply market, renewables, energy storage and e-mobility. He has extensive experience leading the development of economic and technical assessment reports and has worked closely with stakeholder groups across the energy sector, including professional suppliers, independent energy providers and regulatory bodies.
In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Hajjar will advise energy companies on political and regulatory issues, helping clients understand changes in the sector and adjust their strategies and operations to current and emerging developments.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Hajjar was Director of Public and Regulatory Affairs at Eni Plenitude, the fourth-largest energy supplier in France. Alongside this role, he served as Vice President and later President of the National Association of Energy Retail Operators (also known as ANODE), the professional association representing independent energy suppliers. Before that, he worked at I Care, a consultancy in the environmental sustainability sector, where he advised utilities on market changes, regulation, technology and competition.
