One of the world’s largest defense prime contractors needed a multifaceted perspective to help its communications leadership team navigate he multitude of complex, multifaceted issues facing the company. 

Our role

Our team was retained to help deliver this perspective, leveraging our industry experience and interdisciplinary expertise. We helped our client shape broader communications strategy and formulate points of view and responses to ideas and initiatives from the company’s executive leadership. 

We met weekly with the client to share our views and insights on relevant political, regulatory, financial, and commercial trends that could present challenges or opportunities to the client. We also met monthly to discuss key strategic issues that were top-of-mind for our client. Additionally, our team provided strategic counsel on how to best navigate key issues, including on crisis response and litigation management, activism defense preparedness and response, the execution of mergers and acquisitions, cybersecurity preparedness and response, and ESG reporting and data analytics.
