FTI Consulting Strengthens Strategic Communications Segment in Brazil with Seasoned Corporate Reputation Advisor

São Paulo, Nov. 3, 2022 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the addition of Alexandre Pinheiro Rego as a Senior Advisor focused on corporate reputation and public affairs within the firm’s Strategic Communications segment, based in São Paulo.

Mr. Pinheiro Rego has more than 30 years of in-depth experience in corporate and public affairs, advising companies and government entities on complex communications issues across several regions and industries, including agriculture, energy, financial services, public sector and government contracts. In recent years, he has worked as an independent consultant developing public relations and communications strategies with a focus on sustainability for multinational companies and global institutions.

At FTI Consulting, Mr. Pinheiro Rego will provide consulting services related to corporate reputation, public affairs and sustainability for companies operating in highly regulated sectors around the world, primarily focusing on the Brazilian market.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pinheiro Rego has navigated communications from diverse perspectives, having worked as a reporter for prominent international publications, then as a senior advisor for government entities, and most recently heading the international operation of a leading Brazilian full-service communications agency. While in leadership roles in communications, corporate and public affairs departments, Mr. Pinheiro Rego has engaged with a wide range of stakeholders, including governments, international organizations, NGOs, think tanks, communities and the media.
