FTI Consulting Expands Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Communications Practice with Addition of Crisis Communications Veteran Jamie Singer

Washington, D.C, May 18, 2022 — FTI Consulting Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Jamie Singer as a Managing Director in the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Communications group within the firm’s Strategic Communications segment, further enhancing one of the leading global cybersecurity communications offerings in the industry. FTI Consulting was named Cyber PR Firm of the Year by the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards in both 2021 and 2022.

As one of the nation’s most sought-after and renowned experts on cybersecurity crisis communications, Ms. Singer has counseled Fortune 500 companies and public-sector organizations through some of the most high-profile and largest cybersecurity crises of the past decade. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Singer held the role as Executive Vice President and Director of Data Security, Privacy and Crisis Communications at Resolute Strategic Services, where she led the CyberStrategies division. Prior to Resolute, Ms. Singer was Senior Vice President and a senior lead in Edelman’s U.S. Data Security & Privacy Group.

In her role at FTI Consulting, Ms. Singer will focus on further expanding the firm’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Communications offering globally and work closely with leading cybersecurity law firms, insurance companies and forensics providers to assist organizations with strategic communications and reputation management services before, during and after significant cyber incidents.
