FTI Consulting Appoints Seema Kennedy OBE as a Senior Advisor within the Crisis and Disputes Practice of the Strategic Communications Segment in London

London, 25 June 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Seema Kennedy OBE as a Senior Advisor to the Strategic Communications segment in London. This appointment underscores FTI Consulting’s commitment to providing clients with expert advice in complex and high-pressure environments.

In her role at the firm, Ms. Kennedy will primarily support the firm’s Crisis and Disputes practice, advising clients involved in high-stakes litigation. She will also play a key role across other areas of the segment, with a focus around business-critical disputes and crisis situations.

Ms. Kennedy, brings a wealth of experience from the legal sector, as well as at the highest levels of government and regulated industries. She is the Executive Director of Fair Civil Justice, the leading voice for British business and consumers working to level the playing field in litigation, particularly in relation to class actions.  A former Member of Parliament, Ms. Kennedy served as Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Prime Minister from 2017 to 2019, before holding ministerial roles at both the Home Office and the Department of Health and Social Care. She currently holds the position of Chair of the Independent Healthcare Providers Network and, until May 2025, served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Ofwat. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kennedy trained and qualified as a solicitor at Slaughter and May.
