London, 6 July 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Dilip Kejriwal as a Managing Director in the Capital Markets practice within the firm’s Strategic Communications segment.
Mr. Kejriwal, who is based in London, brings more than 20 years of experience spanning investor relations, equity research, corporate finance and financial communications, with particular expertise across infrastructure, energy, utilities and investment trusts. He has advised boards and senior leadership teams on strategy development, transactions, shareholder activism and significant periods of change.
In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Kejriwal will advise clients on investor engagement, equity story development and transaction communications.
“Dilip brings an exceptional combination of investor relations, capital markets and deep sector expertise that will further strengthen our offering across a range of sectors,” said Neil Doyle, Head of Financial Services in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting. “Having led investor relations programmes from inside listed infrastructure businesses, he understands first-hand the pressures facing boards, executive teams and investors. That perspective, combined with his background in equity research and corporate finance, will be invaluable to clients navigating increasingly dynamic market conditions. His appointment reflects our continued investment in our capital markets capabilities and our commitment to providing clients with the highest level of strategic counsel.”
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Kejriwal was Director of Investor Relations at BBGI Global Infrastructure, where he led investor engagement and communications during the company’s £1 billion take-private acquisition by British Columbia Investment Management Corporation. Before this, he built and led the investor relations function at Smart Metering Systems, advising the Board on strategic transformations, shareholder activism, capital raisings and during its acquisition by KKR. Earlier in his career, he held equity research roles at Macquarie, Citi and UBS, specialising in infrastructure, utilities, renewables and investment trusts.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Kejriwal said, “Boards and management teams are navigating increasingly demanding markets, and the way they engage investors and set strategy has never been more important. FTI Consulting brings together exceptional depth across capital formation, transactions, regulation and market strategy, with global scale and expertise. Having spent my career on both sides of capital markets, in-house and advisory, I’m delighted to be joining the firm and look forward to bringing that perspective to a broad set of clients.”
