FTI Consulting Adds Senior Corporate Affairs Expert to Energy and Natural Resources Practice

London, 7 January 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Lindsay Jepp as a Managing Director in the Energy & Natural Resources practice within its Strategic Communications segment.

Ms. Jepp, who is based in London, has almost two decades of experience providing strategic corporate affairs advice to senior leaders and external affairs teams at the intersection of energy, industrials, technology and private capital. She specialises in developing and implementing data-driven communication strategies that help organisations grow, transform and reduce risk. With experience from both agency and in-house roles, Ms. Jepp brings diverse experience that ranges from large multinationals and scale-ups, investment firms and not-for-profit organisations across international markets, including the UK, Europe, the United States, Saudi Arabia and Japan.

“Lindsay brings a rare combination of deep corporate affairs expertise, international perspective and sector fluency,” said Sara Powell, Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting. “As energy and natural resources companies navigate the complexities of the energy transition, geopolitical uncertainty and heightened stakeholder scrutiny, Lindsay’s experience advising leadership teams on positioning, policy engagement, issues management and transformation will be a significant asset to our clients. We are delighted to welcome her to the firm.”

In her role at FTI Consulting, Ms. Jepp will advise clients across the Energy & Natural Resources sector on corporate positioning, reputation management, policy and regulatory engagement, and crisis and issues management. Drawing on her extensive cross-sector experience, she will also work closely with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen corporate strategy implementation for clients across the Strategic Communications segment.

Commenting on her appointment, Ms. Jepp said, “Today’s conversation about energy and natural resources transcends the organisations that traditionally lead in the sector, and that means success is increasingly tied to the ability to engage effectively with a broader range of stakeholders. Clients need advisors who can bring insights from both the energy and wider business landscape. As one of the leading advisors to established businesses in the UK and beyond, I’m excited to join FTI Consulting at a time where this combination of scale, capability and cross-sector connectivity matters more than ever.”
