MULTI-STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATIONS
FTI will work in lock-step with a client, external legal counsel, forensic teams, and other advisors to design a multi-stakeholder communications strategy that reaches all key audiences, regardless of business disruption, and preserves stakeholder relationships during a cybersecurity event.
TAILORED COMMUNICATIONS MATERIALS
FTI will develop tailored communications materials that shape an accurate and fact-based narrative, minimize speculation and misinformation, and ensure consistent messaging across all audiences, including employees, customers, the media, investors, regulators, and any other key groups.
SCENARIO PLANNING
FTI will utilize our knowledge of threat actor tactics and experience supporting hundreds organizations through these kinds of incidents to develop scenario plans to ensure an organization is prepared for the multitude of directions an incident may take.
LEGAL NOTIFICATION
Should the incident necessitate it, FTI will work in lockstep with internal and external counsel to support communications around the legal notification process, developing collateral that contextualizes notification materials and support strong and continuing stakeholder relationships after the immediate incident response process concludes.
