FTI Consulting Enhances EMEA Insurance Communications Capability with Senior Hire from Lloyd’s of London

30 January 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Nathan Hambrook-Skinner as a Senior Director in the firm’s Strategic Communications segment.

Mr. Hambrook-Skinner, who will be based in London, is a highly respected insurance communications specialist and joins FTI Consulting from Lloyd’s of London, the global (re)insurance marketplace, where he previously led Brand, Marketing and Communications for the Americas from New York and London. He joined Lloyd’s in 2017 to lead media and public relations, working alongside the executive leadership team.

Mr. Hambrook-Skinner brings almost 20 years of global experience working on all aspects of in-house corporate communications, including media relations, marketing communications, branding, digital and social, campaign management and internal change communications. Mr. Hambrook-Skinner will focus on developing FTI Consulting’s integrated communications consulting services for a growing roster of global insurance clients.

Prior to joining Lloyd’s, Mr. Hambrook-Skinner was Director of Global Communications for Willis Towers Watson, one of the world’s largest insurance brokers. He previously worked as a journalist across regional, national and financial news. He has a B.A. in History and M.A. in Journalism, Media, and Cultural Studies from Cardiff University.
