FTI Consulting applied its proprietary methodology – Environment, Society, Governance + Community (ESG+C) – aligning the company’s corporate responsibility activity with business strategies and operational plans to ensure the new platform is additive to the overall success of the business, not just its reputation. We evaluated global CSR commitments and activities, the information environment surrounding the company, and its social and financial performance. FTI Consulting then developed a platform that comprehensively addressed key areas of focus for the business and aligned ESG+C commitments.
